在充滿教學熱情的醫工系裡任教滿十年,醫工系每位同仁都值得我效仿學習,聆聽著他們的教學經驗,推動著我的教學方法能更加精進。教學自古以來就是雙向的,要了解α世代的學生想法就需要維持和學生良好的溝通渠道,以便精確的制定因地、時與人適宜的教學方針、學習計畫與評量方法。現今的教學是個時時刻刻都要與時代進益的挑戰,但也是我心中代表教學熱情初衷小火苗的燃油。很榮幸獲得校級教學特優,我會繼續燃燒心中的小火苗。
I have taught in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, which is full of enthusiasm for teaching, for ten years. Every colleague in the Department of Biomedical Engineering is worthy of my emulation and learning. Listening to their teaching experience has pushed me to improve my teaching methods. Teaching has been a two-way connection. In the α generation, it is necessary to maintain good communication channels with students to formulate teaching policies accurately, learning plans and evaluation methods that suit them. Today’s teaching is a challenge that needs to evolve with the times at all times, but it is also the fuel that represents the flame of the original intention of teaching enthusiasm in my heart. I am honored to receive the Teaching Excellence Award and will continue to nurture this small teaching enthusiasm flame within me.
