我在系上主要是教授程式課程。在程式教學中,學生常會通過認定自己的能力可以學會的課程,影響自己是否具有學習某課程的興趣與動機。為了強化學生的自我學習效能,我會在程式課程的實作測驗時,將測驗題目由易到難分成多個步驟,並分段給分,讓學生即使僅完成基本操作也能獲得基本分數。藉由逐步增加學生的程式能力,讓學生能夠逐步獲得學習程式設計的信心與興趣,而藉由這樣的教學模式也讓我看到了學生的成長與學習。隨著學生的成長,自己也一起在成長,雖然過程是辛苦地,但同時也是很快樂的。
I mainly teach programming courses. In programming teaching, students often identify courses that they can learn well based on their abilities, which determines whether they have the interest and motivation to learn a certain course. In order to strengthen students’ self-learning efficacy, I structure programming practices by dividing the test questions into multiple steps, ranging from easy to difficult, and allocate points for each step, so students can obtain basic points even if they only finish the basic step. And then, by this way to gradually increase students’ programming abilities, so that students can gradually gain confidence and interest in learning programming. Through this teaching method, I have witnessed significant growth and learning among my students. As the students grow, I grow along with them. Although the process is challenging, it is also very rewarding and joyful.
